Clairen Berkley Roberts is a Senior Fellow from Liberty High School. Clairen Berkley is a top-performing senior, ranking in the top 2 of her class. As an active member of Beta Club and a multi-sport athlete involved in cheerleading, volleyball, and softball, she thrives in a variety of environments. Clairen Berkley is passionate about academics, excelling in Language Arts, Science, and Visual Arts, with aspirations to pursue a career in the medical field as a cardiothoracic surgeon. 

Her greatest inspirations are her mom and God, guiding her in both her personal and academic life. Clairen Berkley attributes much of her growth to her mentors, Jaszmine Farmer and Xavier Taylor, who have had a profound impact on her journey. Describing herself as outgoing, smart, and dedicated, she considers leadership and adaptability as her greatest strengths, allowing her to thrive in diverse environments.

Clairen Berkley sees the Jackson community as a place that values generosity and support, with people making an effort to give back. However, she recognizes that poverty and low income present significant challenges for many, preventing them from living fulfilling lives. Despite her own academic success, Clairen Berkley feels that more investment in the education system is needed in her area in order to prepare students for the rigors of college. She sees that a lack of community investment in education can be a barrier to students achieving their goals.

As a leader, Clairen Berkley values the Jackson community's willingness to listen and accommodate, though she believes that resolving challenges often requires having connections with influential people. She is determined to use her leadership abilities, both as a front-line leader and a behind-the-scenes coordinator, to overcome these barriers and inspire others to thrive, no matter the challenges they face.
